Born and raised in Southern Alberta, where the skies stretch wide and the land runs deep, we learned that great flavour comes from patience, care, and respect for the ingredients.
We start with the best cuts of meat, sliced thin and marinated with flavours that hit just right — think Sweet Pepper with a gentle kick. Rich Maple Bourbon, bright Lemon Pepper and the classic, savoury Teriyaki and more. Then comes the smoke: slow, controlled, and intentional, bringing out deep, natural flavours that only real craft can deliver.
Every batch is carefully marinated, smoked, and dried in small batches in Claresholm, Alberta. We focus on bold flavor, tender texture, and freshness, so every bite is a taste of craft jerky done right
